Context:
As part of the client's Workday transformation programme and post-Day2 activities, additional SAP technical expertise is required to support developments, integrations, and HR/WFM-related initiatives. The role will work across business and IT teams to deliver SAP ABAP developments, interface integrations, technical specifications, and support critical project milestones. Experience in SAP HCM and Workforce Management environments is considered essential to ensure continuity and successful delivery.
Sourcing Strategy:
The requirement targets a senior SAP ABAP consultant with proven expertise in SAP development, integrations, SAP HCM, and Workforce Management processes. Due to the niche combination of SAP technical skills, HR domain knowledge, and mandatory English/French language capabilities, sourcing will focus on specialised external SAP talent pools across Europe to identify a candidate capable of contributing immediately with minimal ramp-up time.
