Pour le compte d'un grand groupe industriel, nous recherchons un Software Designer / Developer Confirmé (H/F) pour piloter l'intégration, la mise en forme et la publication de contenus sur le portail d'entreprise ServiceNow Employee Center Pro (EC Pro).

Vous garantissez une expérience utilisateur fluide, harmonieuse et conforme aux standards éditoriaux de l'entreprise avant toute mise en production.

Missions principales

1. Intégration & Mise en forme (ServiceNow EC Pro)

Structurer et mettre en forme les contenus applicatifs via le module Content Publishing.
Appliquer les charte, gabarits et composants visuels (accordéons, colonnes, boutons, médias, etc.).
Effectuer le contrôle qualité pré-MOP pour assurer une cohérence UX globale sur le portail.

2. Analyse & Conception

Contribuer aux spécifications générales et conduire les analyses techniques détaillées.
Adapter, paramétrer la solution et réaliser les prototypes nécessaires.

3. Développement & Assemblage

Développer et assembler les modules logiciels et composants réutilisables.
Rédiger la documentation technique associée.

4. Qualification & Maintenance

Définir les jeux d'essais, exécuter les tests unitaires / d'intégration et corriger les dysfonctionnements.
Assurer la maintenance corrective et évolutive du périmètre.
Administrer et mettre à jour la nomenclature des composants réutilisables.

Candidate profile

Expérience : Profil confirmé sur un poste de Développeur / Intégrateur logiciels.
Compétences techniques clés :
- Maîtrise de ServiceNow et idéalement du module Employee Center Pro / Content Publishing.
- Pratique de la mise en page web et du respect des chartes graphiques/éditoriales.
- Rigoureux sur la phase de qualification (tests unitaires, résolution d'anomalies).
Savoir-être : Autonomie, rigueur, orientation qualité UX et capacité à s'insérer rapidement dans un cadre projet formalisé.
