Responsabilities :
- Analyze, optimize and stabilize critical cloud services and platform components
- Act as a senior technical expert for complex production issues and customer escalations
- Develop and maintain Java-based microservices on GCP and OpenShift
- Design and implement resilient and scalable cloud-native solutions
- Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and GCP Pub/Sub
- Proactively identify architectural weaknesses, technical debt and operational risks
- Improve platform reliability, performance, scalability and operational efficiency
- Define and implement observability strategies (logs, metrics, traces, alerting)
- Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize production systems using Datadog
- Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and define corrective and preventive actions
- Define and track service KPIs, SLAs and SLOs
- Collaborate with development, operations, product management and customer-facing teams
- Support deployment automation and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives
- Mentor development teams on reliability, operability and cloud best practices

Expected Skills :
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot (Angular is a plus)
- Proven hands-on experience with GCP (GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, IAM, Monitoring)
- Experience with GKE/Kubernetes container platforms
- Experience with ArgoCD
- Experience with Github copilot
- Strong experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures
- Experience with Datadog, monitoring, observability and distributed tracing
- CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code experience (GitLab CI, Terraform, Helm)
- SRE, DevOps or Production Engineering background
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
- Experience operating business-critical SaaS platforms in production
- Strong understanding of scalability, resiliency and high-availability patterns
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and secure-by-design principles
- Ability to analyze logs, metrics, traces and complex system interactions
- Sense of ownership, accountability and customer focus
