I have used both Fasthosts and heartinternet along with a few others!
Heartinternet are far the best, my biggest grip with fasthosts are their email settings, you can't use their out going sever unless you are a fasthosts broadband customer!
Also they dont display paswords when you log in, heart is secure easy to use and good for the price, I would always go with heart everytime.
