BA Integration SAP HCM – S/4HANA - Madrid - 12 months
We are looking for an Integration Business Analyst SAP to join a large-scale HR IT transformation program in an international environment.
You will play a key role in a strategic migration to SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on SAP HCM interfaces and integrations.
- Madrid - Hybrid on-site
- ASAP
- 12 months contract (possible extension)
- Workload 60-80%
Your responsibilities
Analyze existing SAP HCM on-premise interfaces (flows, fields, values)
Write technical interface specifications and field mappings
Define and execute system and integration test scenarios
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support go-live and production release
Work closely with solution architects and integration teams
Requirements
Strong experience with SAP HCM (mandatory)
Experience in SAP integrations / interfaces
Comfortable with technical analysis and testing activities
Mid to senior level (minimum 3 years of experience)
Professional level English required (German is a plus)
