Pega Architect (Long-term - Mortgage Value Stream)
* Experience: 10+ years, strong hands-on background

* Skills & Knowledge:
Key is Architectural Skills (Application Guardrail, Governance processes, Draw architectural decision)
Hands on solutioning and documentation
Drive workshop with different application ownership to align solution/dependency
Present solution in CTO forum to gain approval
Good Pega experience (not required to be a deep SME)
