🎯 Contexte

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses dispositifs de formation interne, un acteur en forte croissance du digital recherche un·e Créateur·rice de contenus pédagogiques pour concevoir et produire des formats vidéo innovants, engageants et orientés impact, en s’appuyant notamment sur des outils d’IA.

🛠️ Missions principales

Concevoir et structurer des parcours de formation adaptés aux besoins internes
Produire des vidéos pédagogiques via des outils IA (Synthesia, HeyGen, Runway) et/ou des tournages simples
Rédiger les scripts, storyboarder et garantir la cohérence pédagogique et visuelle
Créer des contenus complémentaires : quiz, modules interactifs, fiches pratiques
Collaborer étroitement avec les experts métiers internes
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue du LMS

👤 Profil recherché

Expérience en conception pédagogique / digital learning
Maîtrise des outils de vidéo IA et curiosité pour les nouveaux formats
Capacité à produire des vidéos pédagogiques claires et efficaces
Bonne maîtrise d’outils de montage (Premiere, CapCut, Descript…)
Excellent sens de la vulgarisation et de la structuration de l’information
Autonomie, créativité, orientation solutions

➕ Bonus appréciés

Connaissance d’outils e-learning (Articulate, Genially…)
Compétences en motion design ou motion design assisté par IA
Expérience en création de tutoriels logiciels
