- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement data warehousing and BI solutions.
- Perform ETL processes using SQL, Python, PySpark, and tools such as AWS Glue.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations with Power BI.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across platforms.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights driving business decisions.
- Support teams in leveraging data to build their own reports and dashboards.
- Contribute to Data & BI documentation and manage related tools.
- Implement tools to improve data governance and security.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, and AWS Glue.
- Proven track record as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch, with good knowledge of the other national language.
- Analytical mindset, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Strong communicator able to collaborate on-site and remotely, including with offshore developers.
