Au sein de la CTO Organization, rattaché à l’équipe Workplace, le rôle consiste à piloter des programmes stratégiques transverses impactant l’ensemble des infrastructures mondiales.

Suite au départ du Project Manager historique, plusieurs initiatives critiques doivent être reprises et accélérées.

Ce rôle n’est pas un PMO.
C’est un Project Owner transverse capable de dialoguer architecture, sécurité, cloud et gouvernance au niveau CTO.

Périmètre stratégique

Le poste couvre plusieurs chantiers majeurs :

Transformation Identity & Access Management (partenaires, Entra ID, RBAC, PIM)
Modernisation Azure Landing Zone & Tiering Model (sécurisation firewall / segmentation)
Déploiement & évolution Windows 365 (VDI global)
Coordination Cloud / Network / Cyber / End User Computing
Pilotage COPIL GDI multi-niveaux
Coordination internationale (France / Inde / Portugal / Australie)

Responsabilités

• Reprendre des programmes déjà engagés et maintenir la dynamique
• Structurer roadmap, budget, risques et arbitrages
• Assurer l’alignement avec l’Enterprise Architecture et la gouvernance sécurité
• Maintenir la priorité des projets face aux contraintes production
• Challenger les experts techniques sans se substituer à eux
• Animer des comités de pilotage à fort enjeu

Candidate profile

✔ 10–15 ans IT minimum
✔ Expérience CTO / infrastructure / cloud / architecture
✔ Forte compréhension Azure (Landing Zone, Networking, RBAC)
✔ Maîtrise Identity (AD, Entra ID, PAM, Conditional Access)
✔ Expérience VDI / Workplace / M365
✔ Habitué aux environnements grands groupes internationaux
✔ Leadership transverse sans autorité hiérarchique
