Contractor job Social Value Programme Lead - Inside IR35

A Social Value Programme Lead is required for an initial 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week on site in Newcastle upon Tyne and is inside IR35 so will require working via an FCSA accredited umbrella company.


Job Description:

As the Social Value Programme Lead you will:
*Shape and drive social value initiatives across our region for the benefit of our local clients
*Monitor, track, and report on current initiatives as well as strategically evaluating successes and lessons learnt
*Lead on early talent and social mobility initiatives across the region feeding into client demand for the Advanced Technology Centre
*Providing sales and bid support for prospective technology programme and projects

Essential Skills and experience:

*Programme management credentials spanning multiple clients and initiatives
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience delivering in-person events / meetings to large and senior audiences
*A track record of on time on budget delivery
*Experience monitoring and delivering social value initiatives
