🎯 Objectifs et responsabilités

Gérer et faire évoluer l’offre “Public Cloud Native Services” sur Azure
Piloter le cycle de vie de l’offre : conception, communication, marketing, usage, performance
Développer les usages auprès des entités métiers et accompagner l’adoption du cloud
Contribuer à l’évolution de la roadmap : nouveaux services, stratégie de sourcing, business plan
Assurer le reporting et le suivi des KPI financiers et opérationnels
Coordonner les acteurs internes et externes (BRM, CSM, Cloud Ops, partenaires Azure…)
Préparer les supports de communication et valoriser les réussites

🔧 Environnement et interactions

Azure (IaaS / PaaS) – Cloud public & privé
Collaboration étroite avec les équipes Cloud Factory, Cloud Ops, Data & BI, et Finance
Périmètre international (France, Inde, Portugal)
Interlocuteurs multiples : BRM, CSM, experts cloud, achats, juridique IT, Microsoft

Candidate profile

Profil recherché

Expérience confirmée (≥ 5 ans) sur des offres Cloud / Managed Hosting / IT Services
Solide compréhension des services d’infrastructure Cloud (IaaS, PaaS)
Très bonnes capacités de communication, rédaction et présentation
Maîtrise du pilotage d’indicateurs (KPI) et du suivi de performance
Bon sens relationnel, esprit d’analyse, rigueur et proactivité
Anglais écrit et parlé : confirmé

Un grand groupe industriel international recherche un Service Offer Manager pour piloter l’offre de services d’hébergement d’applications Cloud (Azure – Public & Private) au sein de son département Cloud Services.

L’équipe Cloud Services gère les services d’hébergement et facilite l’adoption du Cloud Public pour l’ensemble des entités du groupe.
La mission s’effectue au sein de la direction CTO – Cloud Services, en interaction avec de nombreux acteurs internes et partenaires externes (Microsoft, infogérants, éditeurs…).
