With Valentine’s Day just round the corner, it sometimes takes more than just flowers and chocolates to express your love to that special someone.

Infact, it often takes your inner-geek to tell someone how you truly feel about them. Whether it's a reference to programming or tech culture, romantically goofy gestures like these can either go down a storm or cause an awkward silence. Hopefully it's not the latter.

Therefore, we've put together a list of our favourite Valentine's Day greetings that are inspired by tech, IT and all forms of geekiness. Warning: Some of these are spectacularly cheesy.

Is your name Google? Because you have everything I’m searching for

You are the CSS to my HTML

You AutoComplete Me

I don't need to re-arrange the keyboard -  U and I are already together

"I'm Feeling Lucky" whenever I'm with you

You are mySQL (Super Quirky Love)

Roses are #FF0000, Violets are #0000FF, you don't need a hex to make me love you.

My Love for you is like System32 - you keep me going and I couldn't live without you.

If these don't work, then we don't know what will. Happy Valentine's Day!
