The same study also found that 89% of recruiters have passed on a hire due to a lack of soft skills. While hard skills demonstrate your experience and technical competence, soft skills show your ability to work in a team and advance in your career.

Soft skills enable you to establish connections with colleagues and find solutions so you can contribute towards company goals and successes. Highlighting these skills on your CV and displaying them at an interview will help you stand out from the competition.

1.     Communication Skills

7.     Collaboration
