Contractor job GBS & BPO Program manager

Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Management
* Lead end-to-end GBS/BPO programs across multiple functions (Finance, Procurement, .)
* Drive program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across program lifecycle
* Knowledge of transfer/migration if work


Stakeholder Management
* Engage with senior business stakeholders (Finance LT, Functional Leads, etc.)
* Align GBS/BPO services with business priorities and transformation goals
* Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution
* Drive effective communication across internal and external stakeholders


Key Skills & Competencies
