Contexte de la mission

Dans le cadre d’un programme de modernisation du Digital Workplace, notre client – un grand groupe bancaire – lance plusieurs chantiers de transformation visant à moderniser les environnements utilisateurs et les services de messagerie.

La mission consiste à piloter les projets de migration du poste de travail vers Windows 11 et de transformation de la messagerie vers Exchange Online (Microsoft 365) dans un environnement international et multi-sites.

Missions principales

Pilotage du programme / projet

Piloter les projets de migration Windows 11 et Exchange Online.
Définir la stratégie de migration et les jalons du programme.
Élaborer et suivre les plannings, budgets et ressources.

Coordination des équipes techniques

Coordonner les équipes Workplace, Infrastructure, Sécurité et Réseaux.
Superviser les phases de cadrage, build, migration et déploiement.
Assurer l’interface avec les intégrateurs et partenaires.

Gouvernance et reporting

Préparer et animer les comités projet et comités de pilotage (COPIL).
Produire les reportings d’avancement et suivre les indicateurs de performance.
Gérer les risques projet et mettre en œuvre les plans de mitigation.

Conduite du changement

Accompagner les équipes métiers et les utilisateurs dans la transformation.
Superviser les actions de communication et de formation utilisateurs.

Migration Windows 11

Migration du parc postes de travail vers Windows 11
Gestion des images et des politiques de sécurité
Déploiement via Intune, MECM / SCCM
Gestion du cycle de vie des postes de travail

Migration Exchange Online

Migration de messagerie vers Exchange Online (Microsoft 365)
Gestion des environnements hybrides Exchange
Migration des boîtes aux lettres et services associés
Configuration des politiques de sécurité et conformité

Environnement technique

Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive)
Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID
Intune / SCCM / MECM
Windows 10 / Windows 11
PowerShell et outils de migration Microsoft

Candidate profile

PRofil recherché

Expérience significative en pilotage de projets de migration workplace ou messagerie
Expérience en migration Windows ou Microsoft 365
Expérience en environnement grands comptes ou secteur bancaire
Capacité à piloter des projets multi-sites et internationaux

Compétences clés

Gestion de projet IT (PMP, Prince2 ou équivalent apprécié)
Pilotage de programmes de transformation Digital Workplace
Bonne compréhension des architectures Microsoft
Leadership et capacité à coordonner des équipes techniques

Atouts

Expérience dans le secteur banque / assurance
Certification Microsoft ou gestion de projet
Anglais professionnel
