An excellent opportunity for a professional with end-to-end Odoo implementation experience to join a growing consultancy in a role that offers a mix of technical delivery, strong earning potential, and the chance to lead the growth of the division.

This company is a growing business and transformational change consultancy looking to build the ERP arm of the business to better support its clients.

In this role, you'll head up the ERP practice focused on Odoo. Working closely with the directors and wider business, you'll lead implementations, manage projects, and build out the delivery team as the pipeline grows. You'll have full backing from the business but the autonomy and commercial responsibility to drive the strategy, growth, and direction of the practice. The role can be based remotely anywhere in the UK, with ad hoc travel to client sites. You can also make use of the company's offices in the West Midlands if preferred.

The ideal candidate will have strong Odoo ERP implementation experience across one or more verticals, with project management and team leadership experience. This would suit someone with solid ERP consultancy experience who wants to take the next step towards building their own practice, but with the support and infrastructure already in place. Experience with other ERP systems such as Sage, Zoho, or SAP would also be beneficial.

The Role:
*Lead and grow the Odoo ERP practice, driving implementation and delivery across clients

*Take commercial ownership with autonomy to shape strategy and growth
*Based remotely in the UK with ad hoc client travel

The Person:
*Strong end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation experience across multiple sectors
*Proven project management and team leadership background
*Commercially minded with a hands-on approach and drive to grow a division
*Experience with other ERP systems (Sage, Zoho, SAP) beneficial but not essential
*Based in the UK, with a full UK Driving Licence.
