About the role

You’ll support and maintain business-critical applications, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Working as part of a developing Application Support function, you’ll help ensure services are stable, secure and continuously improving.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with delivery teams, suppliers and business users, playing a key part in how platforms are managed, optimised and developed over time.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications

• Manage system configuration, access and routine maintenance

• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents

• Support users and provide guidance on best practice

• Work with developers, testers and suppliers on live services and releases

• Maintain documentation, audit trails and operational processes

• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability and user experience

• Contribute to secure, compliant and well-governed services
