Contractor job Agile Portfolio Lead

Brief overview on the role/project:
We are looking to improve the delivery of our offering portfolio by implementing an agile framework across the portfolio development. The agile portfolio will ensure the timely and cost effective delivery of our offerings portfolio from business case approval to delivery and effective sales of each offering, whilst dynamically reacting to a changing business environment. We are looking for a fixed term Agile Portfolio lead to shape, implement and embed the processes and practices for our business to deliver the portfolio.

Mandatory skills:
Experience in implementing agile portfolio management in a product or offerings environment.
Budgeting and forecasting in an agile portfolio including lean budgeting and value stream funding.
Defining and measuring key metrics and KPI's (e.g. Velocity, cycle time, predictability, OKR's).
Data modelling and transformation handling both structure and unstructured data, including schema design and normalisation.
Risk and dependency management.
Coaching and change leadership.
Stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships across the business.
Ability to take an outcomes driven approach.
Self-confidence with the ability to listen, influence and negotiate.
Able to solve complex problems and customer challenges
