We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join a team as an IT Helpdesk Support professional in Luxembourg.
As an IT support, your responsibilities will include:
Providing IT support to users and/or customers.
Handling tickets related to incidents and specific requests (Windows).
Follow up customer requests with a customer-oriented approach.
Escalate unresolved incidents to a higher level of support.
Package:
Salary: around €40,000 per year.

Profil recherché
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Fluent en French and good knowledge in english (german is a plus).
