Essential Skills & Experience * Experience supporting business analysis activities within a project, programme, or change environment. * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. * Ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. * Understanding of business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies. * Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments. * Strong problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Desirable Skills & Experience * Previous experience within Public Sector. * Understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, or digital transformation programmes. * Knowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies. * Exposure to user-centred design and service improvement initiatives.
