As a Senior Digital Delivery Manager, you’ll bring structure, momentum and transparency to complex delivery work, making sure priorities are clear, risks are managed early, and teams can focus on delivering value.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Digital Delivery Manager, you will:

Set clear delivery plans, including milestones, ownership, timelines and dependencies
Keep work moving at pace by removing blockers and preventing drift or unmanaged scope
Ensure teams understand priorities, commitments and what success looks like
Coordinate technical, operational and business stakeholders to support timely delivery
Engage the right people at the right time, avoiding hand‑off gaps and ownership confusion
Clarify roles and responsibilities where work crosses teams or workstreams
Actively manage risks, issues and dependencies, maintaining a live RAID log
Apply proportionate delivery approaches (milestone‑based, phased or iterative), introducing sprint‑based delivery where appropriate
Ensure solutions transition smoothly into live service, with clear ownership, documentation and support in place

3+ years’ experience delivering digital or technical work in complex environments
Experience planning and tracking delivery against milestones and timelines
Strong risk, issue and dependency management
Confidence supporting high‑performing delivery teams
Clear written and verbal communication skills

Working environment

Locations: Bristol, Darlington, Manchester or Wolverhampton
