This company are a leading provider of wireless connectivity, IoT solutions and professional services. With strong year on year growth, they support customers across the UK with the rollout of advanced networking technologies. As part of their Technical Operations team, you will work alongside experienced Solutions Engineers and gain exposure to a wide range of modern wireless, networking and connectivity solutions.

In this role you will support pre sales activities, assist with the preparation of technical documentation and proposals, and help senior engineers design and deliver customer solutions. You will pre stage and configure equipment in the lab, contribute to solution testing, and support service desk escalations where appropriate. You will also shadow senior engineers on customer sites and remote projects, building the experience needed to progress into a Solutions Engineer role.

The ideal candidate will have some hands on experience in a technical role, home lab, apprenticeship, or similar environment and be looking to move into a more customer facing engineering career. You will have a demonstrable interest in networking, wireless technologies or connectivity, with a willingness to learn and progress. Any exposure to networking fundamentals, vendor equipment or wireless tools would be an advantage.

The Role:

*Early in your technical career with some hands on experience
*Strong interest in networking, wireless technologies or connectivity
