Responsabilités

Coordonner et piloter plusieurs programmes IT stratégiques.
Participer aux comités d’architecture et contribuer activement aux discussions techniques.
Assurer la gestion documentaire (Jira, Confluence) et produire du reporting exécutif de qualité.
Identifier les points de blocage et proposer des plans de remédiation.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques (développement, infrastructure, sécurité).
Contribuer à la stratégie de priorisation des projets IT.

Candidate profile

Compétences indispensables

Expérience : minimum 10 ans en gestion de projets IT / PMO.
Cloud : solide expérience avec AWS (PaaS).
Outils : maîtrise avancée de Jira (gestion de projets) et Confluence (documentation).
Méthodologie : Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
Réglementaire : connaissance des exigences de conformité IT (ex. DORA).
Communication : excellente capacité à synthétiser et présenter des informations complexes à des interlocuteurs variés (techniques et non techniques).
Langues : anglais courant, oral et écrit.

➕ Compétences appréciées

Background technique solide permettant de comprendre les enjeux IT.
Connaissance des pratiques DevOps et SRE
