Contexte

Dans le cadre d’un programme de transformation digitale industrielle, un grand groupe du secteur aéronautique recherche un Process & Production Owner (PPO) afin d’accompagner la digitalisation et l’optimisation de ses processus manufacturing.

Objectifs du poste

Le PPO interviendra comme interface clé entre les équipes métiers et les équipes projets/IT, avec pour mission de garantir l’adéquation entre les besoins opérationnels et les solutions digitales déployées, notamment autour des outils 3DEXPERIENCE / DELMIA Apriso.

Missions principales

· Décliner les besoins métiers en User Stories claires, structurées et exploitables par les équipes projets.

· Analyser, comprendre et challenger les processus industriels existants dans une logique d’amélioration continue.

· Assurer une coordination transverse entre les équipes métiers, les équipes fonctionnelles et les équipes techniques.

· Contribuer au déploiement, au paramétrage et à l’évolution des solutions digitales (3DEXPERIENCE / DELMIA Apriso).

· Participer aux phases de recette, de validation fonctionnelle et d’accompagnement au changement.

· Suivre la bonne adoption des solutions sur le terrain et remonter les axes d’amélioration.

Candidate profile

Profil recherché

· Formation ingénieur ou équivalent (industrie, production, digital manufacturing, systèmes industriels…).

· Expérience confirmée dans un environnement manufacturing industriel, idéalement en secteur aéronautique ou industrie complexe.

· Bonne connaissance des outils 3DEXPERIENCE / DELMIA Apriso ou d’un MES équivalent.

· Expérience en gestion de produits/processus digitaux (PPO, PO, Business Analyst industriel…).

· Forte capacité à faire le lien entre le terrain (métiers) et les équipes projets/IT.

· Aisance dans un contexte transverse et multi-interlocuteurs.

Working environment

Date de démarrage: prévu pour debut janvier 2026

Localisation : Villaroche 2 a 3 jours sur site requis, idéallement Lundi mardi et jeudi
