Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to be eligible for UK Security Clearance. This is a hybrid position.

Candidate profile

In this role, you will take ownership of the AI Ops platform roadmap, ensuring products and services deliver measurable value for customers and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and data teams to define priorities, manage delivery activities, and align platform capabilities to business objectives. Acting as a trusted customer partner, you will lead onboarding activities, facilitate regular engagement sessions, and ensure customers achieve successful outcomes through adoption and continuous improvement.



You will also coordinate cross-functional teams to manage delivery timelines, mitigate risks, and maintain transparent communication across stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to influence product direction, drive innovation, and help shape scalable AI-driven operational solutions within a collaborative and supportive environment.



Define & Drive the product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities

Engage & Support customers through onboarding, QBRs, and success activities

Collaborate & Align with engineering, operations, and commercial teams

Translate & Refine business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria

Prioritise & Manage product backlogs based on value and feasibility

Monitor & Improve platform adoption, performance, and customer outcomes

Coordinate & Deliver cross-functional project activities and milestones

Identify & Mitigate delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies

Facilitate & Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Analyse & Enhance products using customer feedback, data, and market insights

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

To succeed in this role, you should have strong experience working across product ownership, customer success, project delivery, or business analysis within technology-focused environments. You will bring excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to balance customer needs with technical delivery priorities, and experience working within Agile teams delivering complex software or SaaS-based platforms.



Experience in at least two of the following areas: Product Ownership, Project Management, Business Analysis, or Customer Success

Proven experience delivering complex software, SaaS, or data-driven platforms

Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables

Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and Agile delivery activities

Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing delivery dependencies

Ability to identify and mitigate delivery risks and blockers

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Experience working with customer engagement, onboarding, or success programmes is advantageous
