We have a current opportunity for a QS on a permanent basis.
One of our clients are seeking a strong Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing commercial team delivering projects under the UKPN Framework. This is a long-term opportunity with at least 4 years of work on this framework, offering stability and career progression.
You'll be based in the office in Lancashire, working closely with a team of QSs across both transmission and distribution portfolios. While office presence is valued there is flexibility for 1 day WFH per week.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in power, utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors.
* Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial management.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Comfortable with office-based work and occasional travel for site visits. (4 days in office, 1 wfh)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
