The business operates at scale across the UK, ensuring thousands of vehicles are prepared and restored to strict reconditioning standards before returning to service.

In this role, you will use your technical expertise to repair, prime, and prepare vehicle panels ready for paint. Working with modern equipment, tools, and materials, you will ensure all panel work meets strict quality requirements and is completed to a right-first-time standard.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Panel Technician within an automotive or body repair environment. You will be confident working with vehicle panels, preparing surfaces to a high standard, and delivering precise, high-quality repair work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

- Carry out repair, priming, and preparation of vehicle panels ready for paint.
- Ensure all panel work meets required reconditioning and quality standards.
- Work with modern tools, equipment, and materials to deliver high-quality finishes.
- Collaborate with cosmetic and quality teams to support efficient vehicle turnaround.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

The Person:

- Proven experience as a Panel Technician or in a similar automotive body repair role.
- Strong ability in panel repair, preparation, and surface finishing.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
