Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance.

Candidate profile

In this role, you will lead CGI’s strategic relationship with AWS-aligning joint ambitions, driving new business growth, and delivering innovative client solutions. You’ll take ownership of defining and executing a high-impact alliance strategy, focusing on pipeline expansion, co-sell initiatives, and go-to-market propositions that accelerate success.



You’ll work across CGI’s business units, bringing together teams, partners, and clients to shape compelling joint offerings. Empowered to innovate and influence at senior levels, you’ll represent CGI in key governance meetings, ensuring our partnership with AWS continues to thrive and deliver measurable value. You’ll work in an environment that encourages initiative, rewards results, and supports your professional development.



• Lead & Innovate: Define and execute CGI’s AWS strategic growth plan, achieving measurable business outcomes.

• Develop & Deliver: Identify new opportunities through co-marketing, joint campaigns, and strategic client engagement.

• Collaborate & Connect: Strengthen relationships across AWS, CGI leadership, and clients to maximise partnership impact.

• Optimise & Influence: Drive pipeline visibility, governance, and reporting to maintain alignment and performance.

• Drive & Achieve: Support major bids, co-sell opportunities, and high-value deals to expand CGI’s AWS footprint.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

You’ll bring extensive experience in alliance management, strategic sales, and business development within AWS. With strong commercial insight and an established partner network, you’ll be ready to shape the future of CGI’s strategic growth.



Essential qualifications:



• Proven leadership in business development, partnerships, or alliances within the technology sector.

• Deep knowledge of AWS offerings, programs, and co-sell frameworks.

• Strong track record of developing and delivering successful partnership strategies.

• Commercial expertise in deal structuring and negotiation.

• Well-established network within AWS or similar cloud ecosystems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
