Au sein d’une équipe technique dédiée aux applications critiques du système d’information, vous interviendrez sur la conception, le développement, la maintenance et l’évolution des composants COBOL sur environnement mainframe IBM Z/OS.

Missions principales

Concevoir, développer et maintenir des programmes COBOL sur Z/OS, intégrant DB2, CICS, JCL, VSAM et SQL.
Participer activement aux cérémonies agiles SAFe / Scrum : daily, refinements, sprint planning, reviews, rétrospectives.
Réaliser les tests unitaires, d’intégration et de non-régression, et contribuer aux phases de déploiement et de maintenance opérationnelle des applications critiques.
Assurer le support utilisateurs, gérer le backlog, traiter les anomalies et produire la documentation technique associée.

Candidate profile

Profil recherché

Expertise confirmée sur les technologies COBOL, Z/OS, DB2, JCL, CICS, VSAM et SQL.
Pratique avérée des méthodes agiles SAFe / Scrum.
Bonnes compétences en tests, en qualité logicielle et en exploitation applicative.
Sens du service, rigueur, autonomie et capacité à collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.

Working environment

Mission freelance au sein d’une équipe agile, en interaction avec les experts techniques, Product Owners et utilisateurs métiers.
Présence requise 2 à 3 jours par semaine sur site à Caen, le reste pouvant être réalisé en télétravail.
Contexte applicatif critique, structuré autour d’environnements mainframe IBM Z/OS, outils agiles et chaînes d’intégration continue.
Collaboration dans un cadre SAFe, privilégiant la communication, la qualité du delivery et l’amélioration continue.
