This is a hybrid position.

Candidate profile

In this role, you will define and govern architecture for Power Platform and AI solutions, ensuring they are secure, scalable and aligned with business objectives. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across technology and business teams, helping organisations adopt intelligent automation and AI capabilities with confidence.

• Define architecture for Power Platform, Copilot Studio and AI solutions

• Create reusable design patterns, standards and governance models

• Guide solution design and technical decision-making

• Design integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure and enterprise platforms

• Ensure security, compliance and responsible AI practices

• Support the adoption of AI and automation at enterprise scale

• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide architectural leadership

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

You'll bring strong experience designing Microsoft-based enterprise solutions, with expertise across Power Platform and AI technologies. You'll be comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences and translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

• Experience as a Solution Architect within Microsoft environments

• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Dataverse

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI and Azure services

• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, security and governance frameworks

• Understanding of responsible AI and data governance principles

• The ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex concepts

Desirable certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
