Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. Our teams operate within a flexible hybrid working model, however on-site requirements vary by project, so the ability to travel as required to meet client needs is essential.

Candidate profile

In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance MuleSoft integration solutions that enable seamless connectivity between Salesforce and wider enterprise platforms. You’ll work closely with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver scalable APIs and integration services that support critical business operations and digital transformation initiatives.



You’ll contribute to the development of secure and resilient integration frameworks, ensuring performance, reliability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Alongside hands-on development, you’ll help shape technical best practices, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality integration outcomes.



Key responsibilities



• Design & Develop MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and reusable services

• Integrate & Optimise Salesforce connectivity across enterprise systems

• Collaborate & Deliver solutions with architects, developers, and business stakeholders

• Troubleshoot & Enhance integration performance, reliability, and scalability

• Implement & Maintain security, encryption, and API management best practices

• Review & Improve technical designs, code quality, and development standards

• Support & Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment activities

• Research & Apply emerging MuleSoft, Salesforce, and integration technologies

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

To succeed in this role, you should have strong hands-on MuleSoft development experience combined with a solid understanding of Salesforce integrations and enterprise integration patterns. You’ll be a collaborative technical professional with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver robust solutions within fast-paced project environments.



Essential qualifications



• Proven experience as a MuleSoft Developer within enterprise integration environments

• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led connectivity

• Experience developing integrations using Java, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML

• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices

• Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions

• Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, API gateways, and encryption/security standards

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working within Agile, DevOps, or CI/CD delivery environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• MuleSoft or Salesforce certifications would be advantageous
