Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain transition plans
- Define schedules, timelines and checklists
- Coordinate technical onboarding and offboarding activities
- Ensure alignment with project scope, SLAs and business objectives
- Maintain transition documentation
- Manage inventories and configurations
- Ensure compliance with security requirements, data protection and governance
- Verify completeness of runbooks and operational documents before transfer
- Ensure service continuity
- Coordinate operations and support teams
- Organize tests and validations after transition
- Monitor the Early Life Support period after production deployment
Candidate profile
Required profile:
- 15+ years of professional IT experience
- Confirmed experience with transitions between multiple outsourcing partners
- More than 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure: servers, networks, Cloud
- More than 5 years of experience with outsourcing partners
- More than 5 years of experience in coordination:
- Technical documentation
- Runbooks and SOP
- Asset & Configuration Management
- Structured plans and tracking tools
- Dutch OR French fluency
- English minimum B2 level
Availability: the profile must be available by the date indicated in the client requirement.
