The Data Anonymisation & Test Data Management Architect is responsible for analyzing end-to-end data flows across the organization's application landscape and developing a widely supported strategy for:
Data anonymisation
Pseudonymisation
Synthetic data generation
Test data management
Data selection and data minimisation
Protection of personal data and other sensitive information
Preservation of referential integrity and business usability
Use of structured and unstructured data in non-production environments
The role acts as a bridge between business and technology domains, bringing together stakeholders from:
-Business departments
-Data management and governance teams
-Privacy and compliance functions
-Information security teams
-Enterprise architecture
-IT operations
-Application management teams
-Testing and quality assurance teams
-Internal business partners
-External service providers and vendors
Candidate profile
Mandatory Skills and must be justified in the cv
Demonstrate his skill to structure a complex situation and identify missing information
The candidate can demonstrate his ability to work Autonomously and to provide E2E deliverable
The candidate can demonstrate strong multilevel stakeholder management
5 years Proven experience as a Security Consultant
Proven experience in analyzing, optimizing, and documenting security processes and governance
Proven experience in translating testing objectives and business testing scenarios into concrete test data requirements, ensuring the availability of representative, compliant, and fit-for-purpose test data for functional, integration, performance, user a
Proven experience with analyzing and documenting end-to-end data flows across multiple applications, databases, and interfaces, demonstrated through at least 2 comparable assignments
7 years Proven experience with data architecture, data governance, data management, or data engineering
Proven experience with data masking, anonymization, pseudonymization, or synthetic data, demonstrated through at least 1 relevant project.
Proven experience with defining functional and technical requirements for a tender, RFP, or product/tool selection process, demonstrated through at least 1 relevant assignment
Proven experience with organizing and facilitating workshops and interviews involving business, IT, architecture, security, and external stakeholders
Nice to Have
Proven experience with security management techniques or frameworks (ISO 2700x, COBIT, NIST, OWASP)
