Candidate profile

In this highly visible role, you will take ownership of developing, consolidating and maintaining an integrated programme-level schedule using Microsoft Project. Your immediate focus will be establishing and validating a credible baseline that supports programme decision-making and senior management commitments. Working closely with the Programme Manager, project managers, workstream leads and wider stakeholders, you’ll bring structure and insight to significant volumes of planning information. You’ll be encouraged to challenge assumptions, explore alternative scenarios and recommend practical solutions, with support from colleagues across the programme to turn complex schedule data into clear, actionable delivery insight.

• Stress Test & Forecast: Model schedule risks and potential delivery scenarios to understand their impact on programme commitments.

• Plan & Optimise: Assess resource availability and capacity against the schedule, highlighting bottlenecks and potential delivery impacts.

• Collaborate & Coordinate: Work with programme stakeholders to capture, challenge and validate planning information.

• Inform & Influence: Translate complex scheduling information into clear insights that support senior-level decisions and commitments.
