• Optimise security, resilience, performance, monitoring and operational traceability across integration services.

• Support testing, release management and deployment across controlled environments.

• Troubleshoot complex integration, performance and data processing issues.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and platform capabilities to support continuous improvement.

You'll combine strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable integration solutions. Experience modernising legacy estates, governing integration standards, and working within Agile delivery environments will enable you to make an immediate impact.

You should have:

• Extensive experience in integration architecture, systems design or integration engineering.

• Strong hands-on expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule 4, CloudHub 2.0, API Manager and Anypoint Exchange.

• Proven experience designing REST/JSON, SOAP/XML and API-led integration architectures.

• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, messaging, event-driven architectures and distributed systems.

• Experience defining API specifications, interface contracts, data mappings and architecture documentation.

• Knowledge of integration security including OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS, WS-Security, certificate and secrets management.

• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices and integration testing strategies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience working with third-party vendors and enterprise technology partners.
