Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.

Candidate profile

In this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end proposal process for a range of business opportunities, helping to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions are delivered on time. You'll organise proposal kick-off meetings, coordinate reviews, manage documentation and work closely with colleagues across business development, technical teams and delivery functions to produce engaging proposals that reflect CGI's expertise and client focus.

You'll also support the continuous improvement of proposal management activities by applying established methodologies, maintaining proposal documentation and collaborating with colleagues across virtual teams. Key responsibilities

• Coordinate & support end-to-end proposal and bid activities

• Organise & facilitate proposal kick-off meetings and review sessions

• Produce & maintain proposal documentation and templates in line with CGI branding

• Interpret procurement documentation, client requirements and evaluation criteria

• Coordinate proposal responses and submission activities to meet deadlines

• Manage SharePoint workspaces, document libraries and version control

• Support proposal governance, approvals and quality assurance processes

• Work closely with business development, technical and delivery teams throughout the bid lifecycle

• Coordinate graphics requirements and assist with document formatting using Microsoft Office

• Monitor proposal schedules, actions and dependencies to keep opportunities on track

• Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and best practices

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoy coordinating multiple activities in a fast-paced environment. You'll have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver high-quality proposals within challenging timescales. Whether you've worked in bid coordination, proposal support or a similar administrative or project coordination role, you'll be keen to develop your career within a collaborative and supportive team.

Essential qualifications

• Experience supporting bids, proposals, tenders or similar project coordination activities

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality documentation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Experience managing documents and collaborating using SharePoint or similar platforms

• Ability to interpret client requirements and follow structured processes

• Strong stakeholder engagement and teamwork skills

• Comfortable working under pressure in a deadline-driven environment

Desirable qualifications

• Experience within bid, proposal or business development teams

• Knowledge of proposal or bid management methodologies

• Experience coordinating graphics and document formatting

• APMP Foundation certification or an interest in working towards it

• Experience supporting public sector or regulated industry bids
