THE ROLE
You will design, build, test, and deploy scalable, resilient software on a DLT-based platform, owning backend services and blockchain integration with clean, maintainable code.
Key responsibilities:
Shape architecture for new services and platform enhancements
Drive best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, Agile delivery
Mentor junior developers and support the full product lifecycle, from concept to production
Connect legacy systems to modern platforms via APIs
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
10+ years in professional software development, including 3+ years in a lead developer role
Strong grounding in distributed systems, microservices, and API design
Agile/Scrum experience
Fluent English; French is a plus
Right to work in Luxembourg
TECHNICAL STACK
Languages: Go, Java, Node.js, or Python
DLT / Blockchain: Ethereum or permissioned platforms (e.g., Consensys Quorum) a strong asset
Cloud: Microsoft Azure preferred
APIs: RESTful and event-driven services
Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
Databases: SQL and NoSQL
IaC / CI-CD: Terraform, Ansible
Nice to have: SWIFT, SFTP, or FIX connectivity experience
