Candidate profile
• Coordinate go-to-market activity across priority insurance markets.
• Support strategic account planning and prospecting.
• Develop sales enablement materials and sector messaging.
• Coordinate account-based marketing campaigns and events.
• Track pipeline performance and produce growth reports.
• Support executive engagement with priority clients.
• Bring together sales, marketing, consulting and alliance teams to deliver growth initiatives.
• Identify market trends and new opportunities.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
You'll have experience supporting business growth through sales enablement, business development, marketing or commercial strategy. You'll be highly organised, collaborative and confident working with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Experience in sales enablement, business development or growth strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales or strategic pursuits.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• A data-driven approach with experience using CRM or pipeline reporting.
• Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM).
• Experience within Insurance, Financial Services or Technology Consulting is desirable.
• Awareness of AI, cloud or digital transformation is beneficial.
