Working environment

Our client is a growing B2B software company that develops technology solutions to help organisations manage complex physical assets more effectively. Their platform is used by customers to gain greater visibility, control and intelligence across large-scale operational environments, helping improve efficiency, reduce risk and support better decision-making.

Having established a strong customer base and a well-regarded product offering, the business is entering an exciting stage of growth. As a result, they are investing heavily in their Product and Technology functions to ensure they can continue to scale effectively while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

The organisation has a collaborative, low-ego culture where individuals are encouraged to challenge existing processes, contribute ideas and take ownership of meaningful initiatives. Product, Engineering and Delivery teams work closely together, creating an environment where decisions can be made quickly and improvements can be implemented without excessive bureaucracy.

With ambitious plans for the coming years, the business is focused on strengthening its operating model, improving delivery capability and ensuring its teams have the processes, tools and leadership required to support future growth. This has created an opportunity for experienced product and delivery professionals to play a key role in shaping how the organisation scales.

The company offers a flexible hybrid working environment and is particularly interested in individuals who enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Successful candidates will join a business where they can have a visible impact, influence how teams operate and contribute to the development of products that solve real-world customer challenges.

This is an opportunity to join a company at a stage where your contribution will genuinely help shape the future direction of the business, rather than simply maintaining established processes within a large corporate environment.
