Software Engineer (Full Stack) - Digital Factory

Role Overview: The Software Engineer (Full Stack) is responsible for designing, building, and operating end-to-end digital solutions across frontend, backend, and data layers within the Digital Factory. Acting as a key contributor across the full application lifecycle, the role collaborates closely with Product, UX, Architecture, Data, Platform, and engineering teams to deliver modern web applications, APIs, and data services in an enterprise and regulated environment. At Supervising Associate level, the role leads complex end-to-end delivery, sets engineering direction and develops capability across multidisciplinary teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery across complex full-stack workstreams, making design decisions and resolving cross-layer dependencies, risks, and escalations.

• Mentor engineers, enforce shared standards, and drive improvements in architecture, security, testing, observability, release readiness, and technical debt management.

• Design and implement complete features spanning frontend UI, backend services, APIs, and data access layers.

• Develop backend services and APIs using clear contracts, versioning, documentation, and appropriate REST.

• Implement domain logic, data access layers, and integrations with internal and external systems.

• Design and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and access components supporting application and analytics needs.

• Write clean, testable code across the stack with appropriate automated tests.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards and quality practices.

• Actively manage technical debt through refactoring, modernization, and continuous improvement.

• Apply secure coding practices across frontend, backend, API, and data layers.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Professional experience delivering full stack software solutions across frontend, backend, and data layers.

• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, .NET 8+, SQL, Angular/React.

• Experience with domain-driven design, API design, integration patterns, and code quality practices.

• Good knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Web Apps, Blob Storage, SignalR, SQL Server, Service Bus, and related troubleshooting practices.

• Build modern, maintainable web interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, and contemporary frontend frameworks or libraries.

• Experience working in agile delivery environments, including SCRUM, sprint commitments, estimation, and risk management.

• 7+ years of experience are required.

Nice to Have:

• Practical skills in Angular or comparable frontend frameworks.

• Experience with Kubernetes and Kubernetes on Azure.

• Exposure to security best practices in the context of web APIs and enterprise applications.

Other Details: The role may involve remote work options, catering to a modern, digital development environment. Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
