Working with experienced colleagues, you'll enhance Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll and HRMS, solve complex business challenges, and improve critical payroll services. Candidate profile

You'll support, enhance and deliver functional changes across Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll and HRMS. Working with business users, technical teams and clients, you'll resolve issues, improve payroll processes and deliver high-quality solutions that keep business-critical services running smoothly.



• Support Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll and HRMS

• Configure payroll elements, balances and Fast Formula

• Investigate issues and deliver functional solutions

• Produce functional specifications and assess change requests

• Support HMRC legislative updates and payroll compliance

• Complete unit, regression and UAT testing

• Work with stakeholders to define and validate requirements

• Support production releases and continuous improvement

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

You'll have strong Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll experience, a good understanding of UK payroll legislation, and experience supporting live production environments. You'll also be confident working with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.



• Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll functional expertise

• Knowledge of UK payroll and HMRC legislation

• Payroll configuration experience (elements, balances and Fast Formula)

• Functional analysis and problem-solving skills

• Experience with testing and production releases

• Strong stakeholder communication skills
