Job Vacancy SAP DMS/Archiving Consultant

Role Overview




One of our high-end clients is seeking an experienced Senior SAP DMS/Archiving Consultant to provide strategic and technical guidance on their SAP S/4HANA Document Management System (DMS) and archiving infrastructure following a recent S/4HANA migration.




THE ROLE




System Assessment: Conduct a thorough technical assessment of the current DMS and archiving setup.


Gap Analysis: Identify configuration gaps and deviations from best practices, providing clear recommendations.


Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of the current state and a future roadmap.


Reporting: Deliver findings through an executive summary and detailed reports.


Knowledge Transfer: Conduct workshops for internal team members.


Strategic Guidance: Advise on archiving technology decisions and upgrades.


Implementation Support: Support the implementation of recommended improvements in Phase 2 (if engaged).






Project Details & Logistics




Start Date: 23 November 2026


End Date: 10 September 2027


Workload: Approximately 7 months at 25% capacity, followed by 4 months at 50% capacity.


Location: 100% Remote


Core Hours: CET 08:00 – 17:00


Notice Period: 5 calendar days during the first month; 30 calendar days thereafter.


Day Rate: Max. EUR 400/day (all-inclusive).




Requirements


Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SAP DMS and archiving.


Senior-level profile preferred.


English is mandatory.


Experience with OpenText upgrades is highly considered a plus.
