Job Vacancy Senior Technical Delivery Lead, AI & Technology Transformation

You’ll lead complex technology and transformation engagements from discovery through delivery and adoption. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role where you’ll work closely with technical teams, take ownership of outcomes and turn ambiguity into action.



A key focus will be helping clients translate AI and modern technology investment into meaningful business value. You’ll connect technical delivery with business priorities, encourage new thinking and create the conditions for multidisciplinary teams to succeed.



• Lead & Deliver: Guide multidisciplinary teams across software, cloud, data and AI transformation.

• Scale AI: Turn valuable AI use cases into secure, adopted production services and processes.

• Own Outcomes: Identify blockers, risks and dependencies and drive them to resolution.

• Deliver Value: Define success measures and use evidence to assess business impact.

• Connect Teams: Bridge detailed technical delivery and senior stakeholder conversations.

• Modernise Delivery: Improve engineering through DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, cloud and security by design.

• Navigate Change: Adapt delivery approaches to established governance, risk and operational environments.

• Manage Commercials: Balance client outcomes with scope, cost, risk and delivery commitments.

• Empower Teams: Build collaborative, high-performing teams where people can contribute, challenge and grow.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• You’ll bring strong experience leading complex technology delivery, combined with enough technical depth to work credibly with engineering teams and challenge decisions when needed.

• You’ll be comfortable navigating ambiguity, engaging senior stakeholders and connecting technology choices to measurable business outcomes.

• Proven experience leading complex digital or technology delivery with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Strong understanding of software engineering and the full software development lifecycle.

• Knowledge of cloud, APIs, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, security and production operations.

• Experience delivering DevOps or DevSecOps transformation.

• Experience with AI, data or automation initiatives, ideally progressing solutions into production.

• Understanding of the technology, data, governance, people and process considerations involved in adopting AI responsibly.

• Strong commercial awareness across scope, cost, risk and business value.

• Confidence communicating with both senior stakeholders and technical teams.

• A collaborative, pragmatic and outcome-focused approach to solving complex problems.
