Oracle Data Migration Lead - Remote Working with occasional travel

- Coordinate multiple delivery teams, business SMEs and stakeholders to ensure successful migration outcomes.

Oracle Data Migration Lead Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the end-to-end data migration workstream.
- Develop and maintain migration plans, schedules, milestones and delivery activities.
- Manage RAID logs, dependencies, governance and workstream reporting.
- Coordinate data migration activities across internal teams, customers and third-party suppliers.
- Provide guidance on data migration processes, approaches and technical considerations.
- Support the investigation and resolution of data extraction and loading issues.
- Identify migration risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Monitor workstream progress and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with business SMEs to understand data requirements and resolve migration challenges.
- Act as the primary customer escalation contact for data migration matters.
- Maintain clear communication between technical teams, business stakeholders and project leadership.
- Ensure migration activities align with agreed project plans and governance requirements.

Oracle Data Migration Lead Skills and Experience

- Proven experience leading or managing data migration workstreams.
- Strong knowledge of data migration processes, including data extraction and loading.
- Knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite (eBS) or Oracle Fusion.
- Experience coordinating migration activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project planning, governance and delivery management skills.
- Experience managing RAID logs, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Ability to investigate and coordinate the resolution of data migration challenges.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Experience acting as a primary escalation point for technical or delivery issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate workstream reporting.
