Introduction & Summary

The Customer Data Analyst role encompasses strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of business context. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with team members and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable hypotheses using available client data. With a Master's degree in economics or a relevant field, the candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in data analytics, demonstrating proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Python.

Main Responsibilities

• Gather, transform, and analyze data using sourcing techniques.

• Deliver impactful business insights to improve customer engagement.

• Present concise findings and recommendations in PowerPoint format.

Key Requirements

• Master’s degree in economics or a related field with substantial knowledge in data and analytics.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.

• Proven experience with SAS, SQL, and Python for data transformation.

• Strong skills in Power BI reporting.

• Ability to conduct ad-hoc queries and reports effectively.

• Exceptional data analytical skills to address business questions.

• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, and English is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Gitlab is an asset.
