Job Vacancy Server and Cloud Engineer

- An industry accreditation such as MSITP/MCSE/MCSA
- Degree or equivalent qualification from a technology discipline
- Experience with implementing and supporting Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud infrastructure
- Experience of virtualisation technologies and platforms e.g., VMware, VXrail
- Experience of working within an ITIL Framework
- Skills relevant to managing cloud workloads and underlying technologies
- Ability to understand/contribute to business strategy and develop and implement architecture models
- Knowledge of Network topologies relating to WAN/LAN including TCPIP, Ethernet etc
- The ability to function within a team but also undertake tasks and responsibilities unsupervised
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory inc. Security and Distribution Groups, Sites & - -- Services, Organisation Units and Group Policy
- Knowledge of server architectures including Microsoft Server, DNS, DHCP, RAID, NFS,
- Ability to identify and share best practice and/or resources
