Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position but you will be expected on client site/CGI Offices 1–2 days a week on average.
Candidate profile
You’ll take ownership of defined workstreams or smaller engagements, balancing delivery, quality and risk while contributing to wider transformation programmes. You’ll have the opportunity to explore new approaches, use data to uncover opportunities and influence client decisions. Supported by experienced colleagues and proven methods, you’ll also share your expertise, coach others and help strengthen capability across the wider practice.
• Lead & Analyse: Deliver end-to-end process mapping, optimisation and redesign initiatives.
• Facilitate & Advise: Lead client workshops and engage senior stakeholders to understand challenges, test assumptions and build consensus.
• Design & Transform: Shape business change initiatives, including impact assessment and adoption planning.
• Measure & Improve: Use qualitative and quantitative insight to identify root causes, define KPIs and track benefits.
• Own & Deliver: Manage workstreams against agreed outcomes, risks, timelines, governance and quality standards.
• Build & Collaborate: Develop trusted relationships across client organisations and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Coach & Support: Guide junior consultants and review client deliverables to maintain high standards.
• Contribute & Grow: Support proposals, estimates and the development of future client opportunities.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
You’ll bring strong experience in business process analysis, consulting or transformation, with the confidence to work directly with clients and take ownership of defined pieces of work. You’ll combine structured analytical thinking with strong interpersonal skills, using data and insight to influence decisions while working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to turn ideas into practical change.
• Proven experience in process mapping, optimisation and redesign, using Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN or comparable approaches.
• Strong client-facing consulting capability, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting business change and transformation initiatives, from analysis through to implementation and adoption.
• Proven ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to identify root causes and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience managing workstreams, including risks, dependencies, governance, quality and delivery.
• Strong workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and build stakeholder alignment.
• Clear and confident communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to coach and support colleagues, sharing knowledge and contributing to high-quality team outcomes.
• Exposure to process intelligence or process discovery tools such as Soroco is desirable.
