Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.

Candidate profile

In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of business change activities that enable clients to successfully adopt new ways of working. You'll work closely with client stakeholders, project teams, and CGI colleagues to assess change impacts, develop tailored change strategies, and deliver engaging communications, training, and stakeholder engagement activities that support successful transformation.



You will facilitate workshops, advise clients on effective governance and change approaches, and monitor the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, proactively managing risks and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Alongside project delivery, you'll contribute to CGI's growth by supporting business development activities, sharing knowledge across the business, and helping develop compelling proposals that demonstrate CGI's expertise.



Lead & Deliver business change activities across transformation programmes.

Assess & Advise on change impacts, governance, and organisational readiness.

Design & Facilitate engaging workshops and stakeholder sessions.

Develop & Deliver communication, training, and change adoption strategies.

Monitor & Improve change plans, stakeholder engagement, and delivery outcomes.

Identify & Mitigate risks, issues, and barriers to successful adoption.

Collaborate & Coach colleagues to promote continuous learning and high-quality delivery.

Support & Grow CGI's business by contributing to bids, proposals, and client opportunities.

Share & Promote business change expertise internally and through professional networks.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

You will bring proven experience delivering business change within complex transformation programmes, with the ability to select and tailor appropriate change methodologies to meet client needs. You will be a confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, facilitate workshops, and manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes. Experience supporting business development activities and contributing to proposals would also be beneficial.

Essential qualifications:

Proven experience delivering business change across complex programmes or projects.

Strong knowledge of at least two recognised change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, CCMP, Kotter, PCI).

Good understanding of both Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.

Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing change plans.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and communication abilities.

Experience delivering communications, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Ability to identify and manage delivery risks and issues.

Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience contributing to bids, proposals, or wider business development activities is desirable.
