Job Vacancy Senior Accountant - Luxembourg

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to support the accounting function of an international corporate organisation in Luxembourg during a critical operational period.




This is an, hands-on role covering A-Z accounting activities, including support for the year-end closing.




This position required on-site presence in Luxembourg. The workload is 50% (part-time) and will be extended 80-100% from October 26. 

• Manage day-to-day bank accounting and reconciliations
  
  


• Handle vendor accounting, including invoice processing and bulk payment runs
  
  


• Oversee customer accounting and related follow-up
  
  


• Prepare and support monthly closing activities across the accounting cycle
  
  


• Contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements and provide hands-on support during year-end closing
  
  


• Support general accounting operations and help stabilise the department during a period of high workload
  
  

• Strong accounting background with hands-on operational accounting experience
  
  


• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  
  


• Strong IFRS knowledge
  
  


• Experience in international / complex corporate environments
  
  


• Experience with Document Capture solutions
  
  


• Knowledge of local GAAPs (especially Belgium and France)
  
  


• English: mandatory
