Are you a highly organised and proactive project professional looking to develop your career within a growing business, where you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of strategic IT and business projects while gaining exposure to a wide range of high-impact initiatives?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding PMO team within a fast-paced and ambitious organisation. Working alongside project managers and key stakeholders, you will help coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will be responsible for managing project administration, stakeholder communications, reporting, risk tracking and resource coordination across multiple concurrent projects. The role will also see you contribute to process improvements and the ongoing development of project management best practices.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role, with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience within an IT or PMO environment would be highly advantageous.

The Role:

• Coordinate project activities, schedules and stakeholder communications
• Produce and maintain project documentation and reports
• Monitor project progress, budgets, resources and deadlines
• Support risk management and issue resolution processes
• Contribute to PMO improvements and project delivery best practices

The Person:

• Previous experience in Project Coordination or Project Administration
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, security and data privacy
• UK Driving Licence
